At AVADE our aim is to keep the customer happy and the process simple.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • Returns must be within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products & Packaging must be in original as-new condition.
  • Freight fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges and refunds to be done online and not in-store.

 

When returning a product please :

  • Repackage to prevent transit damage.
  • Include an original copy of the invoice with an explanation of what you would like.

 

 

REFUNDS/EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If it does not fit or suit then you are welcome to exchange or we will refund the item.
  • If it's incorrect or faulty it will be sent at our expense.
  • If it's an exchange or refund it will be sent at your expense.

WARRANTY

  • Lets keep this simple, if the garment or it's accessories fail within the 12 month warranty period due to our workmanship we will replace, or repair it.
  • If it fails due to your workmanship/misadventures
  • We offer a repair service, even outside of the warranty period.
